To celebrate the 118th year of state fair traditions, here are five reasons you should Find Your FUN at the

2022 Florida State Fair.

Reason #1: The FOOD! Deep-fried everything for as far as the eye can see. With over 200 food

vendors across the grounds, you can find everything from gourmet build your own mac &

cheese to deep-fried desserts and six different types of fries!

Reason #2: The RIDES! Nearly one hundred midway rides for thrillseekers to choose from as

they whirl and twirl, flip and bounce and spin around. Kiddieland has all the favorites for our

smaller friends to enjoy and get their thrills! And of course, all the family favorites like the Giant

Slide and Midway Sky Eye – the world’s largest traveling Ferris wheel.

Reason #3: The ENTERTAINMENT! Shows for all ages featuring extreme stunts, high flying

action, live music and more. From the Circus Hollywood to the Racing Pigs, the Strolling Piano,

and an all-new High Dive show, the state fair entertainment lineup is sure to excite everyone in

the crowd.

Reason #4: The EXHIBITS! History, creative arts, and learning experiences can all be explored

during the state fair. Creative arts have been woven into the history of the state fair with over

2,500 competitive pieces submitted and displayed each year. History and learning experiences

await in our rural history museum area as you step back in time at Mildred W. & Doyle E.

Reason #5: The AGRICULTURE! The state fair hosts many agricultural competitions and events

throughout the annual 12 days of fun. From the best of the best in youth and open livestock

competitions to educational programs like Ag-Venture, there’s always something to learn,

watch or do in agriculture at the Florida State Fair.

The Florida State Fair has something for everyone, whether it’s the fried foods, the lights &

sounds of rides on the midway, the extensive entertainment lineup, the creative exhibits or the
